I was looking for a fairly inexpensive way to secure my HD shottie. I have an ATI after market colapsible stock with pistol grip and the shot lock fits like it said it would. I know a thief armed with time and determination would possibly have his way with my 12 gauge, my kids are safe and I sleep well knowing I can have it in my hands ready to rock in a matter of seconds!

Versatile shotgun lock that holds my mossberg 500 with a pistol grip. The lock works flawlessly with no failures. The inside is very customizable to hold a number of different styles. Would buy many more.

Since the shell holder was on the right side, I could not use the ejector block according to the directions. The ShotLock was mounted such that the stock butt end was on the floor. The floor kept the gun from moving down and the pistol grip kept the gun from moving up.
